Live mode
When it matters, switch on LIVE. For three minutes you get a new location every 5 seconds, as often as you like.
Walk mode and activities
In walk mode the tracker locates every 10 seconds. The app also detects walks on its own and shows your week at a glance.
Geofences
Create as many geofences as you like, for example around your home or garden. If your dog leaves, you get a push notification right away, and again when it comes back.
History
Replay every route of the last 365 days, point by point.
Dog map
Poop bag dispensers, dog meadows, drinking water and vets near you. If you find poison bait, you warn other LocoGPS users nearby.

After connecting the tracker you take out your plan in the LocoGPS app, under Settings with “Manage subscription” for your device. That is also where you renew or cancel it. Older manuals still say that you activate the plan on our website. Today this happens in the app, on a computer also in the browser at live.locogps.de.

Do I need a plan?
Yes. The plan includes the SIM, data and every feature of the app. There is a monthly plan for €6.95, an annual plan for €69.95 and a 2-year plan for €119.95. Every plan includes all features, there is no basic and premium tier.
How does the free first month work?
You choose your plan in the app right after connecting the tracker. For the free trial you add a payment method, it is only charged afterwards. The free trial is available once per device.
How often do I see where my dog is?
You decide. Precise means every 2 minutes, Balanced every 5 minutes. In walk mode the tracker locates every 10 seconds, in live mode every 5 seconds for 3 minutes.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 10 days, depending on the tracking interval and the time spent in the WiFi energy zone. At home the tracker recognises your WiFi and saves energy, on the way it uses GPS. It is fully charged in about two hours.
How is the tracker attached and charged?
A silicone holder goes around the inside of the collar and hooks into the four tabs on the tracker, two holders are included. The charging contacts are on the back, so you take the tracker off the collar briefly to charge it. The magnetic cable holds by itself.
How do I cancel?
The monthly plan can be cancelled monthly. You cancel the annual and 2-year plans at the end of the term. If you do not renew, the plan continues as a monthly plan that you can cancel monthly. You can cancel in the app under your device, Subscription, or with the cancellation button on our website.
Does the tracker work abroad?
Yes, the built-in SIM works almost worldwide at no extra cost. If you have questions about a specific country, just write to us.
